Basic SSE MCP Server for MarkItDown (#1155)

* Added an initial minimal MCP server for MarkItDown
* Added STDIO default option.
* Added a Dockerfile, and updated the README accordingly. Also added instructions for Claude Desktop
* Pin mcp version.
